Update

The poll is still open, and the results are over whelming so far for MLB Primary Logo.

To get this place going a little more, I need more people to start voting. It speeds up the process a tad. So if you got any friends or family you wanna let know about this place, give them the url so we can all help this place grow!

I will be preparing the contest soon, since I left the poll open for awhile longer so more votes can be tallied.

The National League

The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs, or simply the National League (NL), is the older of two leagues constituting Major League Baseball in the United States and Canada, and the world's oldest extant professional team sports league. Founded on February 2, 1876 to replace the National Association of Professional Base Ball Players, it is sometimes called the Senior Circuit in contrast to the "Junior Circuit" of the American League, established as a major league in 1901.

The American League

The American League of Professional Baseball Clubs, or simply the American League (AL), is one of two leagues that make up Major League Baseball in the United States and Canada. It developed from the Western League, a minor league based in the Great Lakes states, that eventually aspired to major league status. The league is often called the Junior Circuit because it was elevated to Major League status in 1901, 25 years after the formation of the National League (the "Senior Circuit"). The American League champion plays in the World Series against the National League champion after the end of every season.

A New type of Logo Site...

Hello all, this is my first post here on my new blog.

If you or someone you know have a passion for Baseball then you've come to the right place! I am the head multimedia specialist for a company based in Detroit Michigan. And as such, I have an affinity to the graphical side of our lives. As a person who loves his baseball, no matter what league it is... I have always had an interest in the design behind the sports team logos. The History, Prestige, Design, and Universal Recognition of them.

Which logo is better known? Which is more popular? What's your favorite? Which one is designed better?

Questions some of us might have wanted to know for some time.

I want to find out in as much of a capacity as I can! That is why I created this blog, to find out the answers to these questions. And I want to bring you all along for the ride with me!

Slowly but surely, polls will be popping up on this site in a chance to voice mine and your opinions! Expect to be elated! Expect to be saddened... Because we all can't get what we want, but at least we can get an idea. We'll find out which team designs are more preferred in this world to others.

Hope to get a decent amount of people involved! See you soon.
