Tough, but I'm going with the White Sox.
It is tough.
The Cubs have got a pretty good logo even though they didn't really use the name as a base. Strangely they did however and it works.
The White Sox have one of the best logos in sports, the sharp edges do it for me and it looks good even if the name doesn't match the colors.
I went with the White Sox as well.
